On February 23, 2023, the long-awaited 10th Shenzhen Copyright Gold Award Ceremony was successfully held at the beginning of the Spring Festival in 2023. In 2021, under the impact of the epidemic, all walks of life were severely affected. However, creators still adhered to their original aspirations and focused on creation.

        Since the 10th Shenzhen Copyright Gold Award was publicly solicited, it has attracted widespread social attention. A total of 75 original works were received for evaluation. After careful review by the expert committee, based on professional vision and solid achievements, many enterprises and outstanding individuals with outstanding performance in creation, use, protection, and management in the field of copyright were selected.        This Shenzhen Copyright Gold Award has selected a total of 26 awards in five categories, including 10 "Copyright Work Gold Awards," 5 "Copyright Use Gold Awards," 5 "Copyright Protection Gold Awards," 4 "Outstanding Copyright Manager Awards," and 2 "Annual Copyright Registration Leading Awards." The award-winning enterprises and individuals cover advanced industries in Shenzhen such as film and television, media, games and animation, information technology, fashion design, and outstanding comrades in the political and legal team. Leaders from the Guangdong Provincial Copyright Bureau, Shenzhen Market Supervision and Administration Bureau (Shenzhen Intellectual Property Office), and Shenzhen Social Organization Administration Bureau attended and presented trophies and certificates of honor to the outstanding units and individuals. Copyright Utilization Gold Award

      The "Copyright Use Gold Award" was won by 5 works, including ZTE Corporation's ZTE Telecommunication-grade Real-time Operating System (CGEL), Huayi Qiangfang (Shenzhen) Animation Co., Ltd.'s "Boonie Bears: Wild Continent," Wanweitu Media (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.'s "Molang," Shenzhen Blue King Software Co., Ltd.'s Blue King Enterprise Knowledge Platform Software—Blue King EKP, and Shenzhen Thunder Information Technology Co., Ltd.'s "Mole Manor" mobile game, due to their outstanding economic and social benefits. They have realized the maximization of the value of copyright works.

Copyright Protection Gold Award

     The "Copyright Protection Gold Award" is awarded to units or individuals who have the ability, action, and innovative spirit in copyright protection, have typical cases that purify the copyright market environment, regulate market order, have a significant impact in the copyright and judicial fields, and have attracted widespread social attention and good feedback. The award was won by the Intellectual Property Department of the Shenzhen Market Supervision and Administration Bureau's Nanshan Supervision Bureau, the Sixth Procuratorial Department of the Nanshan District People's Procuratorate of Shenzhen, Mr. Su Hong of the Civil Third Court (Intellectual Property Court) of the Luohu District People's Court of Shenzhen, Mr. Zhong Xiaokai of the Intellectual Property Court of the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, and Ms. Liang Yan of the Intellectual Property Trial Court of the Futian District People's Court of Shenzhen.

Annual Copyright Registration Title Award

    The winners of the "Outstanding Copyright Manager Award" are Mr. Hao Han from Shenzhen Qianhai Smart Copyright Innovation and Development Research Institute, Ms. Liang Yunxia from Shenzhen Zhongmei Culture and Clothing Design Co., Ltd., and Ms. Pang Zhejie from Shenzhen Tongdao Dada Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. They won the award with their advantages in rich copyright operation practice experience and capabilities.

Annual Copyright Industry Emerging Enterprises Award

       The companies that won the "Annual Copyright Registration Leading Award" are Shenzhen Kaite Jewelry Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Xingcheng Jewelry Design Co., Ltd.

       This award ceremony was jointly organized by the Shenzhen Copyright Association, Shenzhen Press Group, and Shenzhen Broadcasting Film and Television Group.

       Leaders from the Guangdong Provincial Copyright Bureau, Shenzhen Market Supervision and Administration Bureau (Shenzhen Intellectual Property Office), Shenzhen Social Organization Administration Bureau, nearly 200 people from the judicial field of Shenzhen, creative cultural industry, and member units of the Shenzhen Copyright Association attended the grand event together.

       Currently, this award is a professional award in the Shenzhen copyright field, playing an important influence. It is also the only professional and industry-specific copyright gold award in Guangdong Province and a benchmark event in the copyright field for the year.
