II. Explanation of Copyright Evidence Types
2.1 Work Registration Certificate / Copyright Registration Certificate
Issued by the National Copyright Administration or provincial/municipal copyright authorities. After professional review of "original creative design", this certificate serves as preliminary proof of ownership absent third-party counterevidence.
Characteristics: Lengthy processing (weeks/months), higher fees. Suitable for high-value works with long commercial lifespans.
2.2 Trusted Time-Stamping Certificate
Certifies work submission time via unalterable time-stamp technology. Its judicial validity lies in the immutability of the recorded timestamp – critical evidence for determining priority.
Characteristics: Timestamps sourced from the National Time Service Center are tamper-proof. When filed upon creation, no earlier evidence can theoretically exist.
2.3 Digital Work Record Certificate
Issued through third-party platforms (trusted time-stamping, hash verification, blockchain). Provides content-and-time dual verification, constituting preliminary ownership proof absent counterevidence.
Characteristics: Rapid processing (hours), lower cost. Ideal for high-volume creators and fast-cycle works.
 

III. Copyright Registration & Digital Record Approval Rules
3.1 Pattern Designs
Original patterns applied to any product type require separate "artwork" registration/recordation with creation concept statements. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement.
Applicants must declare independent authorship. Certificates are revocable if counterevidence emerges.
Replicating famous brand elements is strictly prohibited.
